Book Panel: The Oxford Guide to Treaties

 

At noon on November 5, the Institute will be hosting a panel to discuss a new book edited by Temple Law’s Duncan Hollis, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor of Law.The book, entitled The Oxford Guide to Treaties, provides a comprehensive guide to treaties, shedding light on the rules and practices surrounding the making, interpretation, and operation of these instruments. Leading experts provide essays designed to introduce the law of treaties and offer practical insights into how treaties actually work.

 

Panel members will include Prof. Duncan Hollis, Prof. Christopher Borgen, Associate Dean for International Studies and Professor of Law at St. John's University School of Law, and Prof. Edward Swaine, George Washington University Law School . The event will be held in room 1C, Klein Hall.
