On Tuesday November 13, the Institute will host a talk by Professor Pablo Riberi, a Professor of Constitutional Law at the National University of Cordoba School of Law and at the Catholic University of Cordoba School of Political Science, both in Cordoba, Argentina. Professor Riberi received his LL.M. degree from Temple Law School. Professor Riberi will be discussing questions raised by efforts to limit the pouvoir constituent, or constituent power, in constitutional contexts.
