Course Description

This section of Transactional Practice II is part of the Integrated Transactional Program (ITP), a two semester, ten credit course package. There are six Transactional Practice II sections of ten students each. They all meet at the same time on Wednesdays from 6:00 pm to 7:50 pm. This course is shown here for information purposes only. Students do not request Transactional Practice II sections during Registration, rather, students select the Transactional Practice I section during the Fall semester. See the notes for the Transactional Practice I section in the Fall 2017 schedule for more information.

This section of Transactional Practice II is part of the Integrated Transactional Program (ITP), a two semester, ten credit course package. This course is shown here for information purposes only. Students do not request this section during Fall or Spring, rather, during Fall 2017 Registration students select the Integrated Transactional Program and they will be automatically registered in their Spring 2018 ITP courses. Transactional Practice I and II fulfill 4 credits of Experiential courses. They can count for either the Experiential requirement or the Serial Writing requirement, but not both.

Pre-Requisites

You must have completed the following courses before enrolling in this course:

  • LAW 0462 (Transactional Practice I)
  • LAW 0602 (Trusts and Estates )

Co-Requisites

You must take this course in conjunction with the following courses:
