LAW 0489: Corruption Law

Course Description

This course will examine the phenomenon of public corruption: its nature, its costs, and efforts to combat or curtail it. Coverage will include the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act as well as other aspects of corruption law. The course will also assess the issue of corruption from a compliance perspective, including anti-corruption programs and best practices, the investigative process, and remedial actions.
