Course Description

This course explores issues of international law, authority, and legitimacy regarding international organizations and their operations in the world community, including the United Nations, the World Trade Organizations, the International Monetary Fund, an the African Union.  Exploration of the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court raise particular questions in this regard about the international rule of law.
