Course Description

Over the past few decades, governments have increased their focus on fraud, corruption and internal measures to prevent, detect and respond to illegal conduct. Businesses are required to develop compliance and ethics programs to address various federal, state, and foreign laws to minimize legal and reputational risks. As a result, professionals who can advise on the development and implementation of effective compliance and ethics programs are in high demand. This course will focus on the importance of compliance and ethics programs and provide an overview of legal, ethical, government and business perspectives.
