Registration Notes
PLEASE NOTE: This course will be held on the Friday nights 1/6, 1/13, 1/20 & 1/27 from 6-8 PM. Saturdays: 1/7, 1/14, 1/21 from 9 AM -5 PM (1 hr lunch and two 30 min breaks). Please reserve Saturday, February 8 (9-5) to attend class in the event that time is needed for possible make-up. Any student who is waitlisted for this course must attend the first class in order to accept a spot off of the waitlist. Registered students should obtain a copy of Daniel Farber, The First Amendment (5th Edition Foundation Press 2019) and read the following pages before the first day of class: Pages 1-137, 229-246
