Course Description

This course is designed to develop the necessary skills for competent and efficient research in a specified subject or practice area for scholarship; as required for participation in one of the law school’s clinics, journals, graduate programs, or moot courts; or as needed for the student’s intended career path in an area requiring enhanced research expertise. It will introduce students to appropriate specialized tools, resources, and research strategies to effectively and efficiently conduct research tasks in that subject or practice area. Each course will identify the desired skill set and design the course’s structure to enable students to develop that skill set.
