Course Description

This course will examine select advanced topics in contemporary international law practice and scholarship. The course meets weekly. Approximately every other week, the course will feature scholarly presentations of papers or works. Students will submit written critiques of the scholars' papers. The remaining class days will be devoted to in-class discussion of the presented papers and related materials.
