Course Description

This course examines common legal ethics issues that lawyers are likely to encounter in practice and teaches students how to apply professional responsibility rules to navigate them. Primary emphasis is on the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct, with additional attention to local ethics rules, key judicial decisions, and statutory frameworks.
