Course Description

Students will analyze formal requirements for the recognition and enforcement of contracts under both common law and Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), including doctrines involving contract formation, consideration, the Statute of Frauds and the parol evidence rule, as well as equitable exceptions to such requirements.
