Course Description

Mass tort and products liability litigation is expanding in the Philadelphia region and nationwide, with law firms (both plaintiff and defense) opening offices specializing in these practice areas. Pennsylvania state courts, and specifically the Mass Tort Program in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, has become the epicenter of mass tort and products liability litigation for civil litigators in Pennsylvania and across the nation. This advanced course would be offered to students interested in learning and developing skills in the growing world of mass tort and products liability.
