User Agreement

THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES THE TERMS ON WHICH James E. Beasley School of Law of Temple University and the Student Public Interest Network ("SPIN") OFFERS YOU ACCESS TO THEIR SERVICES.

This User Agreement ("Agreement") describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our services available under the domain and sub-domains of www.temple.edu (the "Site"). If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use or access our services.

You can pay for items you win in the Online Auction by credit card, check, or cash. Payment for items won on the Online Auction is due (if paid by credit card) or must be postmarked (if paid by cash or check) by 5 PM ON MONDAY, APRIL 5, 2021.

• Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
• Checks: Please make checks payable to "Temple University", and write "SPIN" and your bidder number in the memo line.

If your check is returned or your credit card is declined, you will be responsible for all associated fees in addition to the cost of the items you won.

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• BY BIDDING ON AN ITEM, YOU AGREE TO PAY FOR THE ITEM IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER. YOU MAY NOT WITHDRAW A BID ONCE YOU HAVE CONFIRMED IT.
• Items have been donated to SPIN and are being auctioned off by SPIN, not by the original donor. Purchasers may not ask the original donors for refunds or exchanges.
• The James E. Beasley School of Law of Temple University and the Student Public Interest Network and its members assume no responsibility for the validity or accuracy of any item description or the authenticity or condition of any item offered in the Live or Online Auction. There is no warranty or guarantee for any Auction item or service beyond the description provided to SPIN by the original manufacturer or the original donor.
• In order to bid in the Online Auction, you must register online. You must use your user number for the Online Auction. Bids can be made ONLY if you are registered.
• The minimum bid for all items is listed. Bids below the minimum bid amount will not be honored.
• If you are the winning bidder and fail to pay for your item(s) by 5 pm on MONDAY, APRIL 5, 2021, SPIN will offer the item(s) to the next highest bidder.

• To bid on an item in the Online Auction, you must record the amount of your bid online. You may counter a higher bid at any time during the Online Auction.
• Winning bidders for the Online Auction will be notified by email.
• ALL ONLINE AUCTION ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR (OR POSTMARKED) BY 5 PM ON MONDAY, APRIL 5, 2021.
